Open your template document & save to your documents.
Make sure to make a 2nd copy for backup.
Open your saved template document & edit as follows:
Find these areas in the template document to edit:
.:. TYPE YOUR AUCTION TITLE HERE .:.
.:. TYPE YOUR PHOTO CAPTION HERE .:.
.:. TYPE YOUR DESCRIPTION HERE .:.
.:. TYPE YOUR SHIPPING & PAYMENT DETAILS HERE .:.
Delete that text in the template document and type in your own information.
So, find: .:. TYPE YOUR AUCTION TITLE HERE .:. delete it and type in your auction title, and so on.
There are LINKS near the bottom under where it is marked:

You will need to type your ebay id, just like it appears on ebay,
over the text: TYPE YOUR EBAY ID HERE
*YOU WILL NEED TO TYPE IN YOUR EBAY ID 5 TIMES!

Last, adding photos:
You will need a image host to put photos into the template.
I suggest Photobucket.com, which is free.
Once you set up an account you will upload your auction photos.
You may need to RESIZE photos, I suggest MEDIUM 320 x 24.
After resizing, you can right click to copy the 2nd link under the picture
called *direct link* & paste it in between the quotes " " of the image
line provided in the template.
Please leave the quotes intact on each side of the image url.
For instance:
"REPLACE THIS TEXT WITH YOUR OWN IMAGE URL IN BETWEEN THE QUOTATION MARKS"
Would now look like this
"http://yourphotobucketimageurl.jpg"

Uploading to eBay:

Go to list an item like you normally would.
Fill out title, add gallery photo, etc...
When you come to the "describe what you are selling" box,
choose the HMTL tab at the top of the box, and then copy & paste the document into that box.
Switch over to the "standard" tab by clicking on it.
You can now see the template as others will view.
You can use the scroll bar at the top & right side to see the entire template.
Now just continue listing the rest adding your shipping info, price, etc....
